New Beginings Homes

 

New Beginings is a mentorship program that provides housing for pregnant women, as well as prenatal care, education on a healthy lifestyle and resources for parenting or adoption. We also have two other homes on our property, one for women who have chosen to place their child in adoption and one for single moms and children.

​We are dedicated to follow the principles that Jesus laid out, to love each other. We want to always leave people better than we found them. We provide food, clothes and what ever we can to help them out. Although our focus is teenagers and children, we do not turn anyone away.

We are a year round drop in center for adults experiencing homelessness. Our mission is to assist people in their efforts to find safety, health and stability as well as connect them with resources that are available to help people find a way out of homelessness.

Care Net of Puget Sound

 

Care Net of Puget Sound is a Christ-centered ministry. We provide Life-affirming support to anyone who finds themselves in an unplanned pregnancy, hurting from a previous abortion, needing parenting support or seeking sexual and relational guidance. 

Our goal is to support women and their families in all areas of their lives byserving their practical needs as well as their emotional and spiritual needs. This support is provided free of charge at our 7 pregnancy centers throughout Pierce and King Counties as well as through our various programs.

The Federal Way Day Center

 

The Federal Way Day Center is a place where the homeless and those in need can take a shower, do their laundry, make a meal and have a safe environment to rest. There are computers and phones to connect with job searches, appointments, and families. Counseling is available for substance abuse and mental health. Case and Program manager assist in finding shelter and other needs. The mobile medical van visits once a month. The Federal Way Day Center is located next to the Federal Way Multi Service Center and Healthpoint for additional resources.

The Wishing Well

​

We are a community-based support agency that is focused on the well-being of foster youth in Pierce County. Our mission is to provide the clothing, supplies, and experiences unavailable to most foster children and to retain quality foster homes in Pierce County by addressing financial barriers to accepting foster placements.
